After confirmation of arrangements, any ticketed, reserved, prepaid, or issued service—including but not limited to train tickets, attractions, admissions, events, and similar services—is 100% non-refundable.
Any modification to dates, itinerary components, or services at the client’s request will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to applicable cancellation charges.
These cancellation terms are final once services are confirmed and supersede individual supplier policies unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Black-out dates apply (including festive periods, public holidays, special events, and group requests), during which stricter cancellation conditions may apply.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This is only a quote; no services have been confirmed. All services are subject to change until final confirmation by The Operator.
The package price may vary depending on exchange rates of foreign currencies.
Any extension to the services included will incur in additional fees.
The trip must abide the specified cancelation policy unless exceptions are made by suppliers.
The Operator cannot guarantee reimbursement of funds due to trip cancelation.
The Operator is not responsible for unexpected monument and attraction closures.
Initial deposit is Non-Refundable and 100% applicable to the complete selected trip, subject to cancelation policies. The deposit is not applicable to individual services or partial payments.
Changes in destination once a trip has been booked is considered a new trip.

Flight Notes:

The passenger’s name in the flight ticket must match the name on the passport.
The flight is subject to the flight fare rule.
The flight price is subject to change until paid in full.
The flight fare is non-refundable. Any changes to the itinerary once issued are subject to additional fees.
Flight fare is not endorsable.
Flight price does not include airline baggage fees.
Flight price does not include airline seat assignment fees, applies to select business class flights.
The airline may oversell a flight, change flight schedule, equipment and/or seat assignment.
The Operator is not responsible for delayed or lost luggage.
The Operator is not responsible for any financial losses caused by cancellation or delay of flights, including non-refundable land services.

Hotel Notes:

Hotel general check in time: 3:00PM, check out time: 12:00PM (schedule may vary depending on hotel).
The trip price does not include mandatory hotel-imposed fees payable directly at the hotel.

ID and Visa Requirements:

Emergency passports have entry restrictions – the emergency passport holder is responsible for knowing the limitations. The Operator is not responsible for emergency passport restrictions.
Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the intended return date.
Passports must have at least one 'VISA' page per country to be visited.
It is recommended to take 2 passport pictures for your trip.
Consult your Travel advisor for information regarding visa requirements.
